CHIEF.  ADEBAYO OSIPITAN

He holds an LL.B (Hons) Degree of the University of London.  He was called to the Bar at the Lincoln’s Inn in 1961. He returned to Nigeria in 1961 and has since remained in active private practice.  His experience in practice equips him in the Law relating to commercial Transactions, Arbitration and Litigation.

PROFESSOR TAIWO OSIPITAN, SAN

He holds an LL.B (Hons) Degree of the University of Lagos.  He attended the Nigerian Law School in 1981, where he distinguished himself by winning the Justice Somolu Memorial Prize for the best Student in Civil Procedure.  He subsequently attended the London School of Economics and Political Science where he specialised in Marine and General Insurance, Carriage of goods by Sea, Secured Credit Transaction, Taxation Law and Civil Litigation.  He holds the LL.M Degree of the University of London.  He joined the Faculty of Law University of Lagos in January, 1983 as a Lecturer II and progressively rose to the position of Professor of Public Law University of Lagos, Akoka in October, 1997.  He was conferred with the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 2002 by the Legal Practitioners Privileges Committee. Prof Taiwo Osipitan, SAN who specialises in Commercial and Public Law has litigation as his chief area of interest.

CHRYS AHMADU ESQ.

He holds an LL.B (Hons) Degree of the University of Jos and an LL.M Degree of the University of Lagos.  He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989 after passing the Bar Final Exams in the Second Class (Upper) Division. He was between 1991 and 1994 a Solicitor in the Legal Departments of Savannah Bank of Nigeria Plc and Rims Merchant Bank Limited before opting for Private Legal Practice.  His major areas of interest are Property Law, the Law relating to Securities and Credit Transactions and Commercial Litigation.

MRS. YEMI BADEWOLE

He holds a B. A. Degree in History and LL.B. (Hons) and LL.M Degrees of the University of Lagos.  She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991. Her Chief areas of interest are Commercial Litigation, Arbitration Proceedings and perfection/realization of Securities.

AKINWALE OJO ESQ.

He holds an N.C.E Certificate from Federal College of Education Osiele Ogun State, (1996) and an LL.B. (Hons.) Degree of the University of Lagos.  He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005.  His major areas of interest are Civil Litigation and Corporate Law.

MRS. BOLANLE SALAKO

She holds an LL.B. (Hons.) Degree of the University of Lagos.  She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005.  Her major areas of interest are Civil Litigation and Corporate Law.

AYODEJI AWOBIYIDE

He holds a National Diploma in Accountancy from the Yaba College of Technology (2002), an Associate of Accounting Technicians (AAT) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and also an LL.B. (Hons.) Degree in the Second Class Upper Division of the University of Lagos. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008. He started his career as a State Counsel in the Ministry of Justice, Osun State before joining the Firm in August, 2009.  His major areas of interest are Civil Litigation, Administrative Law, Land Law, Planning and Compulsory Acquisition Law, Corporate Law and Family Law.

TOLULOPE OSUNSAN

She holds an LL.B (Hons.) Degree of the University of Lagos.  She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008.  Her major areas of interest are Corporate Law, Practice and Civil Litigation.

DAMILOLA SALISU

She holds an LL.B (Hons.) Degree in the Second Class Upper Division from the University of Lagos and an LL.M Degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from the Queen Mary, University of London.  She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008.  Her areas of interest include Corporate Law and Practice and Civil Litigation.
